Migration between Cuyahoga This map shows the number of people moving in and out of Cuyahoga County from adjacent counties between 1980 and 1990. The numbers in bold show the net changes. For example, Cuyahoga lost 31,55 people to Lorain County and gained 22,059 for a net loss of 9,496. During the decade, Cuyahoga lost a total of 52,945 people to surrounding counties. Thus, while there is condiserable movement in both directions, the dominant trend is outmigration from the central countyand more sprawl in the region.
