Cuyahoga Valley National Park (posted 4/29)

The Environmental Education Center of Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association seeks a field instructor/grad. level intern for its "All the Rivers Run" curriculuma 4-day program for 4th-8th grade students. It is a hands-on, action oriented, interdisciplinary program that combines natural history, human history and environmental appreciation with technology, visual arts, music and theater. Lead morning, afternoon and evening instructional units using the field, labs and activity areas. The successful applicant should demonstrate an interest and knowledge of the environment and/or the arts and possess a sincere desire to work with elementary and middle school students in an intensive and rewarding educational setting. Cuyahoga Valley National Park (posted 4/29)

The Environmental Education Center of Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association seeks a camp counselor for students entering the 4th-9th grades. Our goal is for campers to learn more about the environment, the arts, themselves and their world. As many as 80 students will live at the camp for 5 or 6 day sessions. Term: 6/27-8/8, 2004. Training will take place for one week, beginning 6/27. Camp sessions run 7/5-8/6. Min. 19 years of age and at least one year of college or equivalent experience. The state office of the National Audubon Society is seeking a director of development who will be responsible for all development programs. The primary focus of the position will be to develop a major gifts fundraising program in order to meet annual and capital giving goals.
