We will start with access, and explore the current condition of access to Clevelands waterfront and follow with illustrations of how other cities have provided public access as lessons in best practices. This will be the template for the remainder of the presentation, (current conditions and then best practices), the header will let you know where we are in the presentation outline. The best practices relative to access include contact with water, continuous public space at the edge, open and green, connections to the urban core and neighborhoods, multi-modal, and welcoming to all.
