As we looked at successful waterfronts in other cities, we found a series of common elements, these elements are the structure for the following presentation…the presentation will explore each of these as fundamental ingredients of successful waterfronts, additionally these are the re-occurring themes that have surfaced from the community meetings and the Connecting Cleveland goals.
